Job summary

Cadlao Resort and Restaurant in El Nido, Palawan, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel and/or restaurant operations. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and purchasing, and ensure cost control and compliance across all departments.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, and providing reporting and support to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in hospitality, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in hotel/resort/restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day hotel or restaurant operations.
• Experience in inventory control and cost monitoring is an advantage.
