Job summary

Alcasas Resort in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily resort operations across rooms, restaurant, pool, KTV, pickleball and other facilities. You will supervise all departments, optimize staff schedules, and ensure exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of Alcasas Resort.
• Supervise and manage all resort employees and departments.
• Prepare and monitor staff schedules, assignments, and attendance.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Oversee the operations of the rooms, restaurant, pool, KTV, pickleball, and other resort facilities.
• Monitor daily bookings, occupancy, sales, collections, and expenses.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings, walk-in guests, events, and overall resort revenue.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, supplies, and operating costs.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate recording of daily collections.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other personnel.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of all resort facilities.
• Establish and improve standard operating procedures and systems.
• Assist in marketing, promotions, social media activities, and special events.
• Build relationships with guests, suppliers, partners, and local businesses.
• Identify operational problems and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure that all employees follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Take charge of the resort's operations and decision-making when necessary.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management.
