You will build scalable processes, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and partner with leadership to support rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR experience across restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Experience building HR processes and systems from the ground up.
• Strong recruitment, training, and employee relations capabilities.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
• Ability to scale HR infrastructure for multi-store expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for restaurant, commissary, and offices; maintain hiring pipelines for expansion.
• Develop onboarding and training programs; build leadership development.
• Establish HR policies, job descriptions, organizational charts, and reporting structures.
• Drive performance management, KPIs, and employee evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage statutory requirements.
• Support expansion with workforce planning and organizational development.
