Job summary

The Access Group in Baguio, Philippines, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the regional hospitality market, leveraging revenue management software and hospitality technology to maximise hotel performance.

Qualifications

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in **revenue management software** and hospitality technology. You’ll identify new opportunities, build long-term partnerships and help hotels maximise performance through smart distribution and pricing strategies. **Preference will be given to candidates with experience selling Revenue Management Software.** **Key Responsibilities*** Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share for STAAH’s hospitality software solutions* Identify and engage with hotels, hotel groups and hospitality partners across the region* Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity and customer needs* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention* Collaborate closely with sales, product and marketing teams to deliver tailored proposals and presentations* Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively* Track KPIs and revenue targets, providing regular performance reports to management* Stay up to date with OTA dynamics, industry trends and revenue management best practices **Skills & Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree* **3-5 years’ experience** in business development or sales within: + Revenue Management Software, and/or + Hospitality technology solutions* Strong knowledge of: + Hotel distribution systems + OTAs + Property Management Systems (PMS) + Pricing and revenue strategies* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities* Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office* Familiarity with revenue management platforms is highly desirable**What are we all about?**The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
