WebBeds is seeking a General Manager in the Philippines to lead regional operations, drive commercial strategy, and oversee contracting and sales with a focus on growth and profitability. You will head a dedicated team, partner with hotels, and align cross-functional efforts across Marketing, IT and Finance.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a hybrid, Philippines-based setting, requiring strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar General Manager role
• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business Admin or Hospitality preferred)
• Strong English written and spoken communication
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy for the Philippines.
• Lead contracting and partnerships with hotels and accommodation providers.
• Drive sales performance and manage the sales team.
• Mentor and develop teams; foster a collaborative work environment.
• Improve operational efficiency and customer service for travel partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and Finance to align strategies.
• Manage budgets and monitor revenues to hit targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform decisions.
• Lead business development and regional expansion, including new offices.
• Support HR in recruitment or relocation of key team members.
