Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, or relevant field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
• Ensure transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry and process payments.
• Manage the weekly cheque run and prepare vendor cheques in the log book.
• Maintain the general ledger and updated vendor files.
• Print monthly aging reports of accounts payable.
• Record accrual and prepaid accounts monthly.
• Audit daily revenues from Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other operating departments.
• Verify daily revenue against supporting documents such as guest folios and vouchers.
• Review authorized House Use, Complimentary Rooms, F&B, Entertainment, and Officers checks.
• Adhere to company policies, attendance procedures, and emergency response protocols.
• Assist guests to resolve problems and enhance their stay experience.
• Maintain equipment care and comply with grooming and hygiene standards.
• Attend meetings, training, and participate in employee activities.
• Perform other duties as delegated by management.
