Timberland Highlands Resort is seeking an Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable) to ensure timely invoice processing and payment, while maintaining strong vendor relations in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

The role involves verification of invoices, data entry, cheque runs, and maintaining ledgers. Fresh graduates are welcome; you may start immediately and contribute to accurate financial controls and hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, or relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
• Can start immediately.

Responsabilités

• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
• Verify transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry and data enter invoices for payment processing.
• Manage the weekly cheque run and prepare vendor cheques.
• Maintain the general ledger and updated vendor files.
• Print monthly aging reports of accounts payable.
