Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
• Verify transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry and data enter invoices for payment processing.
• Manage the weekly cheque run and prepare vendor cheques.
• Maintain the general ledger and updated vendor files.
• Print monthly aging reports of accounts payable.
