Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or related field.
• 2–10 years proven track record in pharmaceutical, medical device, or hospital sales.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to manage key accounts independently and deliver against targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote Philcare's specialty pharmaceutical portfolio to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams.
• Build strategic relationships with KOLs, department heads, and formulary committee members.
• Execute territory business plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct professional product presentations, medical detailing, and in-service training.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and hospital formulary dynamics.
• Maintain accurate call records, territory analytics, and pipeline reports via CRM.
