Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines is seeking a Trade Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen retailer relationships within the Manila metro area. You will manage partnerships with retail pharmacies, identify new opportunities, and deliver strong customer service while meeting sales and distribution targets.

The role requires field travel, strong communication, and a track record in sales or account management within healthcare or FMCG industries.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers.
Pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues and concerns.
Record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted promotional campaigns.
Travel to trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company.
