The role requires building district business plans, mentoring hospital sales reps, and securing formulary inclusions through strong relationships with hospital procurement teams and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical hospital sales experience; 1-2 years in supervisory/district management.
• Deep understanding of hospital buying cycles and formulary processes.
• Experience with IV or injectable portfolios is advantageous.
• Proven leadership in hiring, training, and motivating a field sales team.

Hospital District Manager

This role will maximize hospital sales within the district by ensuring the comprehensive availability of all IV products, building strong hospital brand preference, and driving operational excellence through the strategic management, coaching, and development of medical representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic District Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive district business plans to meet and exceed regional sales benchmarks and commercial targets.
• Team Management & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of Hospital Sales Representatives, fostering a high-accountability culture where every team member is equipped to hit their individual targets.
• Key Account Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key hospital stakeholders, procurement departments, and institutional accounts to secure formulary inclusions and brand preference.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience within the hospital/institutional sector, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or district management role.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of hospital buying cycles, formulary inclusion processes, and managing specialized therapeutic portfolios (experience with IV or injectable portfolios is highly advantageous).
• Leadership Capabilities: Proven track record of hiring, training, and motivating a field sales team to achieve stretch goals.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret market data, manage district budgets, and forecast supply needs accurately.

Location:

This position will cover North Luzon areas - such as Bulacan, Pampanga, Cagayan Valley, Benguet and other major northern provinces.
