Job summary

Bell-Kenz Pharma Inc. is seeking a Hospital District Manager to maximize hospital sales across the district, ensuring comprehensive availability of IV products and driving brand preference.

You will lead, coach, and develop a field sales team, manage district budgets and forecast supply needs, and build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders to secure formulary inclusions. This is a field-heavy role covering South Luzon regions including Cavite, Laguna, Quezon, and Bicol.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical hospital sales experience, with 1–2 years in supervision or district management.
• Deep understanding of hospital buying cycles and formulary processes.
• Proven track record in hiring, training, and motivating a field sales team.
• Strong ability to analyze market data and forecast district needs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic District Leadership: develop and execute district business plans to meet regional targets.
• Team Management & Coaching: lead and mentor Hospital Sales Representatives to achieve targets.
• Key Account Management: build relationships with hospital stakeholders and procurement to secure formulary inclusions.
