Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a HORECA Distributor Specialist based in Baguio to grow the Food Solutions business through strategic account development and management.

The role leads distributor networks, drives sales planning and forecasting, and expands food service accounts across QSRs, hotels, canteens, hospitals, and other foodservice channels. Strong negotiation and relationship skills are essential to meet revenue targets and optimize receivables while strengthening industry

Qualifications

• Based in Baguio city and willing to travel if required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of distributor management or food-service sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven track record in sales growth and revenue generation.

Job Summary:

The HORECA Distributor Specialist under Food Solutions is responsible for growing the Food Service Business through strategic account development and management, expansion and optimization of existing and future business opportunities, relationship building, sales performance, and accounts receivable management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage distributor networks and sales teams through comprehensive account management, including sales negotiation, sales planning, sales forecasting, and strategic customer relations
• Execute business and market development strategies while maintaining effective account receivables management and ensuring financial performance targets are met
• Develop and expand food service accounts across major trade channels including: Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Pizza Chains, Bakeshops, Hotels, Full Service Restaurants, and Caterers (HORECA), Membership Cooperatives, Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities, Canteen Concessionaires, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Companies, Local Government Units (LGU), Food Manufacturers, Educational Institutions, Food Service Wholesalers, Online Food Service Accounts

Qualifications:

• Must be based in Baguio
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized 4-year program, preferably with a background in Business Management, Sales Management, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in distributor management, account management, or food service/solutions sales
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning abilities
• Proven track record in sales growth and revenue generation
