Qualifications

• Based in Baguio city and willing to travel if required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of distributor management or food-service sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven track record in sales growth and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage distributor networks and sales teams through account management, including planning and forecasting.
• Execute business and market development strategies while maintaining receivables and financial targets.
