Job summary

Hired Hub Ltd. in Quezon City seeks a client-focused professional with 1–3 years of experience in HORECA accounts to manage client relations on-site. You will gather project details, coordinate with buyers and chefs, and drive sales through proposals, bids and visits.

Responsibilities include regular client meetings, lead qualification, reporting sales activities, and negotiating terms to achieve targets. On-site role with transportation support for visits.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any course.
• With 1 year of experience handling HORECA accounts (Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe/Catering).
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be organize and can manage time efficiently.
• Amenable to report on-site at QC.
• Willing to do client visits when needed (with transportation allowance).

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
• Meeting with Purchasing managers, F&B managers and chefs to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes
• Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
• Reporting and recording all sales activities
• Qualifying inbound leads and prospects via phone and email
• Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service and direction for future projects
• Prospecting new sales by referral and leads
• Preparing and presenting proposals and bids
• Negotiating terms and conditions with clients
• Collaborating with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results
• Uncovering and understanding a company’s needs
• Attending trade shows and hosting customer events
• Collection of Accounts receivables and assisting accounting coordination
