Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience within the food industry, foodservice, or FMCG B2B trade.
• Direct experience handling traded products, imported food items, or perishable/frozen food categories is a strong plus.
• Existing relationships or contacts within local foodservice channels, HORECA operators, or institutional buyers.
• Demonstrated track record in negotiation, consultative selling, closing deals, and account retention.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts (foodservice operators, HORECA, QSRs, distributors, and retail partners) for the traded product portfolio.
• Drive volume and target realization across core categories: dairy, potato products, flavor solutions, and proteins.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding client culinary and operational needs to offer tailored product solutions.
• Monitor competitor pricing, trade channel activities, and emerging foodservice trends to identify new product gaps or expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with the internal Culinary/Chef team to organize product tastings, yield testing, and kitchen trials for prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, provide regular market feedback, and support volume forecasting for inventory planning.
