Job summary

Rare Global Food Trading Corp. is expanding its commercial team and seeking B2B Sales Executives to drive growth across key market segments in the Philippines. You will manage accounts across HORECA, modern trade, and industrial buyers, building a robust client portfolio.

We value strong negotiation, relationship management, and field sales discipline. You will report on-site to our Sucat, Parañaque office when required, collaborating with logistics to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in B2B food raw materials, fresh/frozen protein, or food manufacturing inputs.
• Proven track record in HORECA, Modern Trade/Wholesale, Trader/Wholesale, or Industrial Processing.
• Strong negotiation, communication and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business while driving volume growth in assigned segments.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations with senior-level decision-makers.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships to ensure high customer retention.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipelines using CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and quality.
