The Ecommerce Distributor Development Specialist under Food Service is responsible for overseeing distributor performance, executing e-commerce sales strategies, and optimizing profitability across online marketplaces and digital sales channels for Century Pacific Food's Food Solutions division.
Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth across online marketplaces, D2B platforms, and other digital sales channels.
Create profitable promotional programs, pricing strategies, and bundling offers to maximize sales and market share.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize online sales performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce distributors, retailers, and platform partners.
Negotiate and manage distributor agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales, and profit targets.
Monitor distributor performance and provide guidance to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
Oversee inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels across e-commerce channels while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and digital teams to enhance online visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, and ROI using data analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and KPIs to guide business decisions.
Solid negotiation and relationship-management skills for handling distributor agreements and platform partnerships.
