Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay, Philippines is seeking an intermediate HOPS Admin to support handover, documentation, and project controls for telecom/infra sites. The role blends site documentation, data management, and coordination across PMs, engineers, and field teams in a hybrid day shift.

You will compile acceptance packs, ensure documents, test reports, drawings, photos, and certificates are included; review for completeness; maintain client portals; generate weekly status reports; and support

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PDF editors, and file management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn different submission tools.

Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare Acceptance/Handover Packs for completed sites/projects.
• Review input documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance based on customer requirements.
• Maintain structured filing and document control systems.
• Upload packs and artifacts to client systems/portals (e.g., extranet, Sitetracker, Orion and other tools depending on project).
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors for missing or corrective documents.
• Produce weekly acceptance status reports and assist with process improvements.
