Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant with a digital marketing focus.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and content creation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clients’ brand identity, messaging, and content strategy.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across multiple platforms.
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely delivery.
• Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns with reporting.
• Support website content updates and landing pages.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to fulfill tasks on schedule.
• Prepare progress reports and identify workflow bottlenecks for improvements.
• Document workflows and SOPs for internal use.
