FHI 360 in Manila, Philippines is recruiting a Project Director to lead the AFGHS-FHI 360 Philippines project. You will provide strategic direction, oversee the HIV portfolio, and coordinate with government entities, partners and donor representatives to ensure milestone achievement and compliant management of funds.

The role requires strong program leadership, extensive NGO experience, and the ability to work across diverse teams in a complex funding environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in a related field (e.g., Communication, Social Marketing, Economic Development, Health).
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in international development and NGO settings, including 5+ years of line management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction for the Philippines project.
• Oversee implementation of the HIV portfolio and ensure milestones, timeframes and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with government, donors and partners; manage risks and ensure donor compliance.
• Lead staff within a matrixed structure and foster accountability and professional development.
• Engage with HQ for annual work plans and budgets; serve as primary liaison with DOS Philippines.
