Job summary

UNDP Philippines seeks a Project Coordinator to lead the Project Management Unit for the FAIR BHR initiative, based in Metro Manila. Reporting to the I&P Programme Team Leader, you will coordinate with government agencies, UN partners, and donors to deliver project outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and robust stakeholder engagement to advance responsible business conduct and human rights governance in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required with 2+ years in project coordination; or bachelor’s with 4+ years in related work.
• Experience in budget and financial monitoring.
• Stakeholder engagement and partnership management.
• Experience working with government, development partners, civil society, or private sector stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of the project’s annual work plan, human resources plan, procurement plan, and M&E plan.
• Ensure effective implementation of project work plan in line with UNDP guidelines.
• Manage project funds, maintain financial integrity, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Provide overall coordination and oversight of all project activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for monthly, quarterly, annual, and donor requirements.
