Job summary

Alliance Global Group LLC is seeking a high-caliber Chief of Party to lead program management for a U.S. Department of State initiative in the Philippines. The COP will serve as primary contractor representative, ensuring strategic alignment with government priorities and complex BPA requirements.

The role demands senior leadership, extensive project management experience, and strong coordination with COR, embassy partners, and private-sector stakeholders across multi-call orders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in economics, business, finance, or public policy.
• At least 15 years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with government, international partners, and private sector actors.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Program Management across concurrent call orders and BPA activities.
• Coordinate with COR, U.S. Embassy Manila, host government counterparts, and Working Groups.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and adhere to branding, marking, and COI rules.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, MEL Plan delivery, and budget/staffing oversight.
