Spirit of America is seeking a Manila-based Program Manager – Philippines. The role supports the Country Manager in developing and implementing high-impact programs, translating partner-identified needs into actionable project plans, and coordinating with local partners and stakeholders.

The position is full-time in Manila, with travel within the Philippines and regionally as needed, reporting to the Country Manager. Strong English and Filipino language skills are required for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program implementation or related work.
• Experience in complex operating environments, preferably Philippines.
• Strong understanding of project design, budgeting, and monitoring.
• Ability to translate partner needs into implementation plans and documents.
• Experience working with NGOs, government entities, or international organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Fluency in Filipino; another Philippine language preferred.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

• Translate partner needs into clear project concepts, plans, budgets and timelines.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of programs.
• Coordinate with local partners, vendors, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
• Monitor implementation progress and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery.
