Responsibilities

• Translate partner needs into clear project concepts, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead technical design and implementation of programs aligned with country priorities.
• Coordinate with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders for delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify challenges, and propose practical adjustments.
