Job summary

Action Against Hunger Philippines seeks a capable Project Manager to oversee program cycle management across WASH, nutrition, food security and livelihoods. You will coordinate with the Head of Base, MEAL, Technical Coordinators and external stakeholders to plan, implement and monitor activities in line with donor guidelines.

The role requires strong reporting, data management and coordination skills, with at least 5 years of INGO experience and fluency in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Sociology, International Development, Political Science or International Relations.
• Experience in INGO project management and humanitarian contexts.
• Excellent English and Filipino speaking and writing skills; local language knowledge advantageous.
• Ability to write technical donor reports and proposals in English.
• Knowledge of donor guidelines and procedures; independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of planning, management, supervision and implementation of projects.
• Ensure alignment with donor guidelines and Action Against Hunger standards.
• Lead or support quality proposals and reports for Head of Base.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation with MEAL coordination.
• Represent the organization in meetings with stakeholders and partners.
