Job summary

Ibex Limited in Manila is seeking a US Recruitment Associate to proactively source and identify prospective candidates in a high-volume online recruitment environment. You will support the day-to-day recruitment process and help implement department objectives while ensuring compliance with US labor laws.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related fields and experience in recruitment, staffing, and sourcing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing or equivalent.
Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Placement and Sourcing.
Background in US/Global Recruiting preferred.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and present a positive company image.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Flexible with work schedule and able to work graveyard shifts.

Responsibilities

Support US Recruitment by sourcing and identifying prospective candidates in a high-volume environment.
Ensure implementation of recruitment programs and day-to-day processes.
Follow standard interview techniques in compliance with US labor laws.
Develop action plans to meet staffing needs for IBEX US.
Collaborate with Global teams to share best practices for recruitment & retention.
Maintain excellent customer experience with internal and external partners.
Meet recruitment performance targets and compliance with company standards.
