About the role

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and escalated complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
• Follow company scripts and protocols whilst maintaining a natural, friendly communication style
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
• Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously whilst maintaining professionalism
• Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns or service improvements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred but not essential)
