Job summary

CLaaS2SaaS in Manila is seeking an experienced Learning Alliance Manager to drive partnerships and solution sales within the Higher Education sector. The role focuses on selling LMS, CMS, SIS, and digital learning platforms to universities, polytechnics, and private providers, aligning technology with institutional goals.

You will lead onboarding of partners, develop annual business plans, and build executive relationships with campus leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EdTech sales, business development, or partnership management.
• Proven experience selling LMS, CMS, SIS to higher education institutions.
• Strong network within universities, polytechnics, vocational institutions, or private education providers.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of higher education operations, digital learning ecosystems, and student lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with universities, polytechnics, vocational colleges, and private training providers.
• Drive the sales and adoption of EdTech solutions including LMS, CMS, SIS, digital learning platforms, and professional education programs.
• Consult with institutional stakeholders to understand digital transformation, student engagement, and learning delivery needs.
• Present tailored solutions and develop compelling business cases with measurable outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and activation of new education partners, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Monitor pipeline performance, enrollment metrics, and partner KPIs to ensure targets are achieved.
• Co-create and execute joint marketing campaigns, industry events, webinars, and branding initiatives to drive awareness and student acquisition.
