Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Communications or related Sciences preferred).
• At least two years of experience in administrative staff work involving computer systems, digital records, online helpdesk, and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including creation and deletion of user accounts, course creation, and tool integrations (LTIs).
• Resolve technical support tickets on LMS issues, software access, and tool failures.
• Test system updates, document platform bugs, and coordinate with central IT for major server or database updates.
• Create technical troubleshooting guides and FAQs to minimize repetitive user issues.
