Job summary

ResultsCX is hiring in Lipa, PH for a recruiter to support high-volume hiring and provide a positive candidate experience. You will interview applicants, qualify them to program requirements, and maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in recruiting
• Savvy, results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm
• Strong focus on pipeline management
• Strong interpersonal, communications, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills
• Able to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment while generating significant output
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Consistently interview and hire using established processes that support a positive candidate experience for high volume hiring of applicants
• Interview applicants, discussing opportunities while qualifying them to the needed position requirements including technical computer specifications and aptitude
• Follow team guidelines in determining the right candidate for each program
• Prepare daily and weekly reports based on function and need
• Demonstrate relationship and strong communication skills to influence and work with multiple internal contacts and a diverse candidate pool
• Ensure integrity of data within the applicant tracking system
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
