Job summary

Atain is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Volume Hiring in the Philippines to lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume needs within a fast-paced BPO environment. You will source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates while meeting targets and quality standards.

You will manage the full lifecycle, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain a strong pipeline to support current and future hiring demands, ensuring timely processing and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/business or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in BPO/CC, preferably volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing and hiring customer service, tech support, sales, or back-office staff.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Able to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for volume hiring.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate assessments and interviews with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Ensure timely processing and positive candidate experience.
• Monitor hiring targets, time-to-fill, and conversion metrics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and HR systems.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
