Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Talent Scout - Seasonal in the Lapu-lapu, PH area to manage high-volume recruitment from application review to offers. The role will interview candidates, review thresholds, and extend verbal and written offers following established guidelines.

The candidate will work across a regional matrix, meeting daily quotas for interviews and offers while maintaining data integrity in the ATS and collaborating with multiple internal contacts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting experience or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and data accuracy in ATS usage.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-screening questions, applications, and assessments before interviewing.
• Interview candidates and document information in the ATS forms.
• Assess candidates to meet role qualifications and thresholds for offers.
• Create and extend offers to candidates using the ATS.
• Maintain data integrity and collaborate with internal contacts.
