• Experience in high-volume recruitment for blue-collar, skilled, or operational roles.
• Familiarity with sourcing channels and building candidate pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-volume recruitment for warehouse and skilled positions, ensuring timely fulfillment based on business needs.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, endorsement, and coordination.
• Recruit for blue-collar, warehouse, and technical roles (warehousemen, carpenters, drivers, installers, technicans, etc.).
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines via job portals, social media, referrals, and community sourcing.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to align on requirements, schedules, and priorities.
• Monitor progress and hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to HR and stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.
• Support other recruitment-related activities as needed.
