Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for the People4People (P4P) team to drive hiring of blue-collar, frontline, and operational roles. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, building pipelines and coordinating interviews to ensure timely, quality hires.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruitment, strong screening, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination skills, and proficiency with ATS, portals, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Relevant recruitment, HR, sourcing, or talent acquisition training or certification is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned job requisitions from intake and calibration through sourcing, screening, endorsement, interview coordination, offer support, and hiring closure.
• Prioritize recruitment for blue-collar, frontline, and operational positions, while supporting selected office-based roles as needed.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, candidate databases, referrals, social media, networking, job fairs, and direct sourcing.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, relevant experience, compensation expectations, availability, location, work arrangement, and other agreed criteria.
• Ensure candidate profiles and endorsements are complete, accurate, and aligned with hiring requirements.
• Proactively manage candidate movement, follow-ups, interview schedules, and pre-employment requirements to drive requisitions toward closure.
• Monitor recruitment progress and work toward achieving assigned hiring targets, fill rates, and recruitment turnaround times.
