Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, phone sales, or call center sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
• Strong experience in handling customer objections and closing sales over the phone.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, home services, or contractor-related sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up, time management, and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 80–120 outbound calls daily to prospective contractors and potential clients.
• Maintain consistent and effective talk time while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
• Identify and qualify potential leads and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Acquire and close new contractor accounts to support business growth.
• Maintain consistent pipeline activity and follow-up standards to ensure continuous lead engagement.
• Meet and consistently exceed monthly sales, revenue, and performance targets.
• Track and update lead, appointment, and account activities accurately in the company’s system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing contractors to maximize sales opportunities.
