Instalimb Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. The role focuses on selling products and services, providing client information, and closing contracts while aiming to hit high quotas.

You will identify market trends, negotiate contracts, prepare sales quotes, and coordinate with marketing. The position requires effective communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Qualifications

• At Least 1-3 years of Sales Experience in total.
• PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: most recent sales experience in medical health products or any related products.
• Minimum Educational Requirement: at least High School Graduate.
• Good English and Tagalog communication skills both in speaking and writing.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Professionalism.
• Customer-centered.
• Multitasker.
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Identify the trends in the market, both current, and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Obtaining advance payments and balance from clients/ partners.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services, if needed.
• Answering client questions/inquiries/concerns about products, credit terms, prices and availability.
• Post-sale follow-up
• Relation & follow-up job with patients in the Processing list and the Waiting list
• Maintaining client records.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports to the management.
• Attending and cooperating to weekly and monthly meetings.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales by the manager/employer
