Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig, is seeking an IT Support Officer (Helpdesk). This onsite, dayshift role supports end users with Windows and Microsoft 365, configures devices, and manages user accounts through Entra ID.

You will work with the IT team to troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and contribute to security and governance tasks. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a helpdesk, strong English communication, and a problem-solving mindset, with willingness to learn and adapt across

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in an IT helpdesk or service desk role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD) including user management and policies.
• Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to support end users remotely.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests and provide timely assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
• Manage IT requests through ticketing systems and prioritise accordingly.
• Set up and configure computers, devices, and user accounts.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune-managed devices, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Escalate complex issues to the Senior System Administrator with clear information.
• Maintain accurate helpdesk, asset, licence, and user records.
