The incumbent will create training materials, manage daily schedules, review requests, and publish shifts to maintain coverage and efficiency while addressing vacancies with proactive incentives.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a subject matter expert for scheduler timekeeper coordinators, offering onboarding and mentoring.
• Acts as escalation point for complex questions, coordinating with team and leadership.
• Develops training materials and internal SOP/workflow documentation.
• Creates and edits schedules in the electronic system per hospital policies.
• Collaborates with managers to prepare accurate daily/weekly/shift forecasts.
• Reviews and communicates outcomes on schedule requests based on guidelines.
