Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting for complex roles. The role involves sourcing via portals, social networks, and networking, screening applications for credentials and experience, and coordinating with hiring managers to drive offers and onboarding.

You will mentor junior TA Specialists, manage recruitment tools, and participate in calibration sessions with Operations and HR.

Your Role

• Facilitate calibration sessions and hand‑off processes to Operations and Human Resources stakeholders.
• Implement and manage recruitment tools to optimise hiring efficiency.
• Mentor junior TA Specialists and serve as backup lead when necessary.
• Promote a safe and healthy workplace by reporting hazards and completing compliance training.

What You Need

Non‑negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain service quality under time pressure.
• Ability to work additional hours or travel across sites as dictated by business demands.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

• At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar end‑to‑end recruitment role.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portal sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills for offer management and stakeholder relations.
• Analytical mindset to connect information from multiple angles and find hiring solutions.
