Healthcare Recruiter – LTC/SNF

Remote | Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruiting team and focus on Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) positions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting for nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities and understands the healthcare talent market, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement process.

This is a remote position requiring strong communication, organization, follow-up, and sourcing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified healthcare professionals for LTC/SNF facilities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Recruit for positions including:
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA)
• Director of Social Services
• BOM
• Directors of Nursing (DON)
• Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADON)
• Registered Nurses (RN)
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
• Unit Managers
• MDS Coordinators
• Staff Educators
• CNAs and other LTC/SNF positions
• Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, and initial qualification.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, licensing, location, compensation expectations, and client requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with clear and professional candidate summaries.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Follow up consistently with candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified LTC/SNF professionals.
• Meet weekly recruiting activity and placement goals.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to prioritize urgent and hard-to-fill positions.

Required Qualifications

• Previous healthcare recruiting experience is required.
• Must have experience recruiting for LTC/SNF facilities.
• Must have at least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of nursing home and skilled nursing facility positions.
• Experience recruiting RNs, LPNs, CNAs, ADONs, DONs, Unit Managers, LNHAs, MDS, and/or other LTC/SNF professionals.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience using an ATS/CRM and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed preferred.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a results-driven recruiter who already understands the LTC/SNF market and can independently source, qualify, and move candidates through the recruiting process.

Candidates should be comfortable with high-volume sourcing, cold outreach, follow-ups, interview coordination, and working on difficult-to-fill healthcare positions.
