Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers and identify the type of assistance needed (benefit and eligibility, billing, authorizations, explanations of benefits).
• Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems to identify status and provide a response.
• Deliver information and answer questions to foster relationships with providers and their staff.
• Complete documentation to track provider issues and facilitate reporting of trends.
• Adhere to employment contracts, policies, and directives, including potential changes to work location, teams, shifts, or flexible work arrangements.
