Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proficiency with Windows programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track and evaluate supervisor performance against KPI targets.
• Be present on the production floor and engage with supervisors and associates.
• Implement action plans to improve underperforming teams.
• Communicate upward and downward with client and internal teams.
• Participate in associate and supervisor selection and interviewing process.
• Document personnel actions including separations as required.
• Lead incentive programs and drive process improvements.
