You will lead Operations Heads, drive client satisfaction, ensure SLA performance, and shape growth across shared services like Talent Acquisition, Training, WFM, and QA. The role requires strategic oversight, financial acumen, and a passion for transforming CX through innovation.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in the BPO/CX industry.
• Strong track record leading large-scale operations and delivering financial results.
• Experience coordinating Talent Acquisition, Training, WFM, and QA in a BPO context.

Responsibilities

• Lead Philippines operations and drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Translate strategies into actionable plans with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and execute growth plans for key accounts and ensure SLA performance and continuity.
