Everise seeks an experienced operations leader to head its Philippines operations, driving performance, client satisfaction, and growth. The role connects strategy with execution, overseeing Operations Heads, meeting SLAs, and identifying opportunities to improve performance, grow accounts, and strengthen the business.

The ideal candidate can manage complexity, build strong client relationships, and unite teams around clear operational and business goals.

Qualifications

15-20 years of experience in operations or related leadership roles.
Strong business acumen including budgeting and financial management.
Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and experience applying continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic and tactical plans to address client needs, trends, and best practices.
Lead and develop a multicultural team of Operations Heads with alignment to objectives.
Build and execute growth plans for accounts to achieve revenue goals.
Ensure SLAs are consistently met and align with client requirements.
Identify causes of SLA gaps and drive solutions to improve performance.
Review process performance and engage clients on results and improvement plans.
Develop strong client relationships to maximize business results.
Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives driving continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into processes.
