Job summary

Everise is hiring a Manager - Operations in the Philippines to oversee a team of supervisors and ensure client deliverables are met through high-performance agents. The role focuses on coaching, accountability, and client-facing interactions to maintain Everise standards and service quality.

You will work on process improvements, engage with cross-functional teams, and participate in recruitment and incentive initiatives to optimize performance across the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years leadership experience in a call center or related environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage a team of supervisors to meet client deliverables.
• Coach supervisors, provide feedback and implement performance improvement plans.
• Maintain regular presence on the production floor to ensure engagement and systems integrity.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in supervisor selection and interviewing processes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and incentive program development.
• Ensure documentation and proper separation of employment when required.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing and IT as needed.
