Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track and evaluate associate performance against KPIs and provide feedback.
• Be present on the production floor and engage associates to stay productive.
• Create and implement action plans to improve underperforming staff.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly and professionally.
• Communicate between center management, client and associates.
• Assist in associate selection and interview processes.
• Provide on-the-job training or up-skilling as needed.
