Stealth HealthTech Startup is seeking a Client Onboarding Implementation Lead to scale our onboarding capabilities and own onboarding for our most complex clients. You will lead the Onboarding pod, run kickoff calls, set expectations and timelines, unblock issues, and drive cross-functional initiatives with the CEO and leadership.

This role thrives in a fast-paced startup, offers hybrid work with a preference for EST hours, and opportunities to mentor and grow a high-performance team.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience in customer success or related roles.
• Track record of leading teams and driving onboarding programs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead onboarding pod and oversee workflows and people.
• Escalation point to unblock clients and teammates.
• Run kickoff calls with new clients and set expectations.
• Be main contact for high-priority and complex client setups.
• Remove process roadblocks to speed onboarding.
• Help build onboarding systems and playbooks for scale.
• Own cross-functional projects with leadership.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new teammates.
• Develop the team through mentorship and coaching.
• Inspire the team with leadership, drive, grit, and high-velocity execution.
