Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles.
• End-to-end ownership of searches, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview design, offer negotiation, and close.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.
• Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
• Experience hiring in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent to support company needs
• Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings
• Oversee outreach and screening processes to engage the right candidates
• Raise the bar on how we interview: train and coach hiring managers, calibrate interviewers, and hold the line on quality
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications
