Job summary

Feld Care Therapy Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in driving patient referrals and growth. The role covers marketing, sales and client relations, with close teamwork across departments to ensure steady outreach and service quality.

You will assist in contract acquisition, client onboarding, data management, and market analysis, while developing training materials and coordinating communications to improve referral flow and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, preferably healthcare or sales.
• Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience leading SEO/SEM, email, and social campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract acquisition with home health agencies and hospices.
• Support onboarding of new clients and EMR/CliniConnects access.
• Input rates for new contracts in CliniConnects and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with Recruiting, Assigning and Intake for smooth ops.
• Conduct market research and analyze Medicare/state regulations.
• Help create and update training materials for the marketing team.
• Organize meetings, travel, and prepare internal/external presentations.
