The ideal candidate writes well, researches effectively, and solves problems proactively. HubSpot, Canva or Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack experience are highly valued. Healthcare marketing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and research skills.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience required.
• Experience with B2B prospecting, lead research, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma, Google Workspace and Slack.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Able to work independently with initiative and strong follow-through.
• Healthcare marketing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• B2B prospecting: build prospect lists and identify decision-makers.
• HubSpot & campaigns: maintain CRM, develop email nurture campaigns.
• Content & PR: draft and distribute press releases, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Industry research & events: identify conferences, sponsorships, and partnerships; coordinate outreach.
• Reporting: maintain trackers and produce weekly marketing reports for COO/CEO/board.
• Creative support: use Canva or Figma for graphics and materials.
• Executive support: manage marketing priorities, meetings, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Team & vendor coordination: schedule interviews, track deliverables, and organize brand assets.
